Workshop

In this two day workshop hosted by the Malaspina Art Society, nationally acclaimed painter Chris Cran will lead participants through a series of playful explorations to help them consider their work from the eyes of the viewer. Expanding on fundamental techniques including colour, value, line and form we will discover how aspects of mark making and colour interaction impact the viewing experience. Artists will be encouraged to push off from their usual routine and try something different; to consider how their current practice can be elevated and, above all, enjoy experimenting with possibilities.
